Please meet us near this pile of wood chips delivered yesterday just south of the Park Terrace East traffic circle. We will be wheel barrowing to many spots around Isham Park.

    First, thank you to everyone who participated in It's My Park Day in Isham Park last October.  The bulbs - provided by the Partnerships for Parks - planted then are just now finishing up.  If April's dominant bloom color was pink, May has started off with purple: Lilacs, Irises, and Alium. 

    Next Saturday, May 20th, Volunteers for Isham Park will hold It's My Park Day once again. We will meet - as we did last fall - at the Park Terrace East traffic circle entrance to Isham Park. Planned work will be to clean and weed gardens and paths nearby. There may be planting as well. Rain is currently predicted but it looks like it may be late in the day or in the evening.
